Construction


The construction of the building is reinforced concrete using a monolithic method. Brickwork is completed by high-quality Austrian bricks Poroterm. In addition, the building has thermal- and hydro insulation, in compliance with European quality standards. The facade is covered with mineral plaster, stone- and teak-paneled. Windows reversion is done with Etalbond.

Window system
Five chamber PVC window system REHAU with a double glazing unit of low emissivity glass.

Common parts
Stairs: limestone floors, walls and roofs – plaster rendering, covered with water-based painting. Balustrades made of stainless steel handrails and toughened 6 mm glass.
